Position: Chef de Partie In Room Dining/Club Lounge/Azure

Responsibilities:

• Lead a section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes for In-Room Dining, Club Lounge, and Azure.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the hotel’s exacting standards and presentation guidelines.
• Supervise and train commis chefs within the section.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to HACCP standards.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering of supplies for the section.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with experience across various cuisines.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for creativity and excellence in food production.
