Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating design.
- Ensure consistent production of high-quality dishes that meet the hotel’s 5-star standards.
- Control food and labor costs, manage inventory, and optimize kitchen profitability.
- Train, develop, and motivate the culinary team to achieve excellence.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene in compliance with HACCP.
Qualifications:
- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in the same role for a 5-star hotel or comparable high-end establishment.
- Certified HACCP or any relevant certification.
- Culinary degree or diploma.
- International experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of culinary trends and kitchen financial management.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
