Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating design.
  • Ensure consistent production of high-quality dishes that meet the hotel’s 5-star standards.
  • Control food and labor costs, manage inventory, and optimize kitchen profitability.
  • Train, develop, and motivate the culinary team to achieve excellence.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene in compliance with HACCP.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum experience of 3-5 years in the same role for a 5-star hotel or comparable high-end establishment.
  • Certified HACCP or any relevant certification.
  • Culinary degree or diploma.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of culinary trends and kitchen financial management.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
