Position: GRO (Japanese Speaking – JLPT N2)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service and build strong relationships with Japanese guests.
• Handle check-in, check-out, and all inquiries for Japanese-speaking guests.
• Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
• Assist with reservations, transportation, and providing information about the hotel and local area.
• Translate communications between guests and hotel staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Japanese, with a minimum certification of JLPT N2.
• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or in a similar Front Office role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• A warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Knowledge of Japanese culture and etiquette is essential.
