Position: Housekeeping Assistant Manager (25155808)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Train, supervise, and support housekeeping supervisors and room attendants.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department of a 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and training skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and order.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to manage staff schedules and departmental budgets.
