Position: Housekeeping Assistant Manager (25155808)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations.
  • Train, supervise, and support housekeeping supervisors and room attendants.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department of a 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and training skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and order.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Ability to manage staff schedules and departmental budgets.
