Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and travel agent accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
- Prepare sales reports, contracts, and proposals for potential clients.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a supervisor level in hotel sales.
- Experienced in the Hotel industry.
- Familiar with the VHP System Program.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently or within a team.
- Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressure.
- No smoking is an advantage.
