Position: Chef de Partie (Pre-Opening Sop Buntut Bogor Cafe, Sentul)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Chain restaurant experience is highly regarded
• Proficient in a specific kitchen section with strong culinary skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
• Passionate, detailed, and able to work collaboratively with the kitchen team
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols
• A proactive and dedicated approach to culinary excellence
