Position: Chef de Partie (Pre-Opening Sop Buntut Bogor Cafe, Sentul)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Chain restaurant experience is highly regarded
- Proficient in a specific kitchen section with strong culinary skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
- Passionate, detailed, and able to work collaboratively with the kitchen team
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols
- A proactive and dedicated approach to culinary excellence
