Position: Restaurant Manager (Pre-Opening Sop Buntut Bogor Cafe, Sentul)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Experience in a chain restaurant setting is highly preferred
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team during a pre opening phase
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and financial management
- Passionate, detailed, and self driven, with the ability to deliver exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and motivate staff to achieve service excellence
