Position: Restaurant Supervisor (Pre-Opening Sop Buntut Bogor Cafe, Sentul)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Chain restaurant experience is an asset
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to lead a team of service staff
- Excellent knowledge of service standards, menu items, and beverage offerings
- Passionate, detailed oriented, and committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Effective communication and problem solving abilities
- Ability to assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and staff training
