Position: Klub Receptionist
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Receptionist in the Hospitality Industry
- Experience in a chain hotel is preferred
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Passionate, detailed, and self driven with a commitment to high service standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional and polished appearance
- Ability to handle guest check ins, check outs, and inquiries efficiently
