Nestled in the serene Bresela area, just nine kilometers north of Ubud Centre, our resort features 38 exquisite suites and villas. We offer a variety of amenities, including an all day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, bars, a pool, spa, and a unique 40 seat chapel, making us an ideal destination. Position: Chef de Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a five star hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Exceptional culinary skills with a creative and innovative approach to menu design
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and inspire the kitchen team
- Expertise in financial management, including food costing, budgeting, and inventory control
- Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to maintain the highest levels of quality and consistency
- A passion for mentoring and developing culinary talent
