Position: Chef de Cuisine

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a five star hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Exceptional culinary skills with a creative and innovative approach to menu design
  • Strong leadership abilities to manage and inspire the kitchen team
  • Expertise in financial management, including food costing, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to maintain the highest levels of quality and consistency
  • A passion for mentoring and developing culinary talent
