Position: Steward Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Steward Supervisor or a senior Steward in a large hotel
• Strong leadership skills to manage the stewarding team effectively
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and sanitation standards
• Ability to manage inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with the culinary and service teams
