Position: Assistant F&B Manager

Qualifications:

• Solid experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple dining outlets
• In depth knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and financial management
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication, training, and motivational skills
• Proficient in F&B management software and POS systems
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset
