Position: Assistant F&B Manager
Qualifications:
- Solid experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple dining outlets
- In depth knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and financial management
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication, training, and motivational skills
- Proficient in F&B management software and POS systems
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset
