Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Experience as an F&B Supervisor or Captain in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong knowledge of service standards, menu items, and beverage lists
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide the service team
- A customer focused approach with the ability to resolve guest issues
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain high standards
- Proficient in POS systems and supervising daily operations
- A passion for hospitality and teamwork
