Position: Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 4 or 5 star hotel
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a team of room attendants and public area cleaners
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing room assignments and inspections
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety standards
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
