Position: Genset Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the hotel’s generator sets (genset).
- Perform periodic genset testing according to schedule.
- Monitor fuel levels and ensure supply availability.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
- Log all operational and maintenance activities.
- Respond quickly to power failures and activate the genset.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Genset Operator or mechanical/electrical technician.
- Vocational high school graduate in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Strong understanding of generator systems and control panels.
- Able to diagnose and troubleshoot basic genset problems.
- Disciplined, responsible, and safety-conscious.
- Willing to work shifts and be on call.
- Good technical skills.
