Position: Printshop Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Operate digital printing machines, photocopiers, and finishing equipment (binding, laminating, cutting).
  • Receive and process print requests from various hotel departments.
  • Ensure print quality meets standards (color, layout, paper quality).
  • Manage inventory of supplies (paper, ink, toner).
  • Perform basic maintenance on printshop equipment.
  • Maintain records of print jobs and internal billing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a printshop or similar role.
  • Able to operate digital printing and finishing machines.
  • Good computer skills, preferably familiar with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
  • Able to manage time and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
