Position: Engineer Staff

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• Respond to guest room maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities.
• Report any major issues or safety hazards to the Engineer Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be at the same role or position at least 1 year experience.
• Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
• Able to speak English and has a good communication skill both spoken and written.
• Well_groomed and good personality.
• Confidence, highly motivated passionately work.
• Technical skills in general building maintenance.
• Good problem_solving abilities.
