Position: Account Receivable

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all accounts receivable transactions, including posting payments and handling invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts for non payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Generate and send out invoices and monthly statements to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position.
• Fluent in English both written & spoken.
• Familiar to VHP System.
• Has a good personality, positive attitude, & well groomed.
• Able to join immediately.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
