Position: Account Receivable
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all accounts receivable transactions, including posting payments and handling invoices.
- Monitor customer accounts for non payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate and send out invoices and monthly statements to clients.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position.
- Fluent in English both written & spoken.
- Familiar to VHP System.
- Has a good personality, positive attitude, & well groomed.
- Able to join immediately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
