Position: Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, providing a high level of personalized and professional service.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests, handling all inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, especially VIPs and long staying guests, to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Gather and report guest feedback to management for continuous service improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position.
- Fluent in English both written & spoken.
- Familiar to VHP System.
- Has a good personality, positive attitude, & well groomed.
- Able to join immediately.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
