Position: Guest Relation Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests, providing a high level of personalized and professional service.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guests, handling all inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, especially VIPs and long staying guests, to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
  • Gather and report guest feedback to management for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position.
  • Fluent in English both written & spoken.
  • Familiar to VHP System.
  • Has a good personality, positive attitude, & well groomed.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
