Position: Bellboy (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival at the hotel entrance.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe handling and prompt delivery to their rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and briefly explain hotel facilities and room features.
- Manage guest luggage storage, deliveries, and transportation requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position.
- Fluent in English both written & spoken.
- Has driving license.
- Has a good personality, positive attitude, & well groomed.
- Able to join immediately.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy luggage.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
