Position: Bellboy (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet all guests upon arrival at the hotel entrance.
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe handling and prompt delivery to their rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and briefly explain hotel facilities and room features.
• Manage guest luggage storage, deliveries, and transportation requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position.
• Fluent in English both written & spoken.
• Has driving license.
• Has a good personality, positive attitude, & well groomed.
• Able to join immediately.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy luggage.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
