Position: Multi Property Director of Engineering (25158814)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations for multiple Marriott properties.
- Develop and manage comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all facilities, guest rooms, and equipment.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering teams across the assigned properties.
- Manage capital expenditure projects, departmental budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Marriott brand standards.
- Implement and drive sustainability initiatives and energy conservation programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer, preferably in a multi property or complex resort environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- In depth technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
- Experience in managing large scale capital projects and budgets.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to control departmental costs.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred.
