Position: Multi Property Director of Engineering (25158814)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations for multiple Marriott properties.
• Develop and manage comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all facilities, guest rooms, and equipment.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering teams across the assigned properties.
• Manage capital expenditure projects, departmental budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Marriott brand standards.
• Implement and drive sustainability initiatives and energy conservation programs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer, preferably in a multi property or complex resort environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• In depth technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
• Experience in managing large scale capital projects and budgets.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to control departmental costs.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred.
