Position: Director of F&B (25166253)
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in room dining.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B concepts, menus, and promotions to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and manage the entire F&B service and production teams.
- Manage F&B budgets, control costs (food, beverage, labor), and maximize profitability.
- Ensure the highest standards of service, quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained across all outlets.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Director of F&B or a similar senior leadership role in a 5star luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong financial and business acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and passionate about current F&B trends and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- In depth knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and high end service standards.
- Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams in a fast paced environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
