Position: Guest Experience Expert (GSA Mandarin Speaker) (25158840)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional front desk service to all guests, with a special focus on Mandarin speaking guests.
  • Perform all GSA duties, including check in, check out, and managing guest folios.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Mandarin speaking guests, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues.
  • Facilitate communication and translate information for guests as needed.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs to create personalized and memorable experiences.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent (GSA) or in a Front Office role, preferably in a 5star hotel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • A genuine passion for guest service and creating positive experiences.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and handle high pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
