Position: Stewarding Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the stewarding department.
• Ensure all kitchens, F&B outlets, and event spaces have clean and sanitized dishware, glassware, and equipment.
• Manage and train the stewarding team on cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Oversee chemical handling, waste management, and pest control.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or senior Steward.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation (HACCP), and chemical handling procedures.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
• Detail oriented and reliable.
• A driven and passionate individual.
• Ability to motivate a team.
