Position: Stewarding Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the stewarding department.
- Ensure all kitchens, F&B outlets, and event spaces have clean and sanitized dishware, glassware, and equipment.
- Manage and train the stewarding team on cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Oversee chemical handling, waste management, and pest control.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or senior Steward.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation (HACCP), and chemical handling procedures.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
- Detail oriented and reliable.
- A driven and passionate individual.
- Ability to motivate a team.
