Position: Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly to guests.
- Handle guest billing and payment processing accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guests.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Waitress or in F&B service is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customeroriented with a pleasant and professional appearance.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willing to work flexible shifts.
