Position: Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly to guests.
• Handle guest billing and payment processing accurately.
• Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guests.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Waitress or in F&B service is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customeroriented with a pleasant and professional appearance.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.
