Position: Sales Executive (Jakarta Sales Office)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop key accounts based in Jakarta, focusing on MICE, corporate, and travel agent segments.
• Proactively solicit new business for the resort from the Jakarta market.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, sales missions, and client events in Jakarta.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas and revenue targets for the property.
• Coordinate with the on property sales team to ensure smooth client handling and communication.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel sales role, based in Jakarta.
• Must have a strong network of Jakarta based MICE, corporate, and travel trade contacts.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets for a resort property.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Self starter, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.
