Position: Sales Executive (Jakarta Sales Office)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key accounts based in Jakarta, focusing on MICE, corporate, and travel agent segments.
- Proactively solicit new business for the resort from the Jakarta market.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, sales missions, and client events in Jakarta.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and revenue targets for the property.
- Coordinate with the on property sales team to ensure smooth client handling and communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel sales role, based in Jakarta.
- Must have a strong network of Jakarta based MICE, corporate, and travel trade contacts.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets for a resort property.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Self starter, motivated, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.
