Position: Engineering Staff

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests for guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems as assigned.
• Assist with new installations or special projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a technical high school (SMK) in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
• Previous experience as a technician, preferably in a hotel.
• Good technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and willing to work in various conditions.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
