Position: Engineering Staff
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests for guest rooms and public areas.
- Conduct repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems as assigned.
- Assist with new installations or special projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a technical high school (SMK) in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
- Previous experience as a technician, preferably in a hotel.
- Good technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and willing to work in various conditions.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
