Position: JAPANESE LADY IN RED (Brand Ambassador & Guest Relations Officer)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service and build strong relationships with guests, especially those speaking Japanese.
• Act as a key brand ambassador, embodying the Kempinski service philosophy.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and departures.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Japanese (native speaker preferred), both spoken and written.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a 5 star hotel.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
• Strong problem solving skills and a guest centric attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
