Position: DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE (Teppanyaki Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking Teppanyaki dishes.
• Perform for guests at the Teppanyaki grill with skill and entertainment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and freshness.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 2 years experience as a Demi Chef or Commis in a Teppanyaki restaurant.
• Proven skills in Teppanyaki cooking and presentation.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative and passionate about Japanese cuisine.
• This position is available for Indonesian nationals only.
