Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a specific section of the kitchen.
- Assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing kitchen operations.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the hotel’s standards.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor food quality and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 stars hotel, preferably from lifestyle hotel.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Unique, creative and innovative.
- Strong leadership and highly committed.
- Driven, team player but able to work independently if needed.
