Position: CHEF DE PARTIE (Teppanyaki Restaurant)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific station at the Teppanyaki restaurant, including preparation and cooking.
- Cook and perform for guests at the Teppanyaki grill.
- Supervise and guide Demi Chefs and Commis.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie or senior cook in a Teppanyaki restaurant.
- Strong Teppanyaki cooking, grilling, and knife skills.
- Experience in supervising and training junior kitchen staff.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Passionate about Japanese cuisine and guest interaction.
- This position is available for Indonesian nationals only.
