Position: CHEF DE PARTIE (Teppanyaki Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific station at the Teppanyaki restaurant, including preparation and cooking.
• Cook and perform for guests at the Teppanyaki grill.
• Supervise and guide Demi Chefs and Commis.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie or senior cook in a Teppanyaki restaurant.
• Strong Teppanyaki cooking, grilling, and knife skills.
• Experience in supervising and training junior kitchen staff.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Passionate about Japanese cuisine and guest interaction.
• This position is available for Indonesian nationals only.
