Position: Chef de Cuisine

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily kitchen operations, reporting to the Executive Chef.
• Assist in menu planning, development, and execution.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Control food cost and manage kitchen inventory.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 stars hotel, preferably from lifestyle hotel.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Unique, creative and innovative.
• Strong leadership and highly committed.
• Driven, team player but able to work independently if needed.
