Position: HR Admin (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing employee documentation and maintaining HR records
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
  • Help manage daily attendance and leave requests for all staff
  • Prepare HR related reports as requested by the HR Manager
  • Assist with the orientation and onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply: prior experience in HR or Administration is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High organized, focused on details, and able to work under deadlines
  • Understanding or HR principles, practices & regulations
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
