Position: Cost Control & Storekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage cost control procedures for all hotel departments, especially F&B.
- Oversee all storekeeping functions, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare accurate cost reports.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and minimize spoilage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
Qualifications:
- Min 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (Cost Control or Storekeeper) in an hotel.
- Hardwork & detail oriented.
- Willing to be placement at IKN (Kalimantan Timur).
- Able to join IMMEDIATELY.
- Especially domicile at Kalimantan area.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Familiar with hotel inventory or procurement systems.
