Position: Steward (DW)

Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing machines to clean all hotel chinaware, glassware, and cutlery.
• Manually wash and sanitize large pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, floors, and storage.
• Assist with inventory and proper storage of clean serviceware.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Steward or Kitchen Porter is preferred.
• Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit to handle manual labor.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and hot kitchen environment.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and chemical handling procedures.
• Good team player and able to follow instructions.
• Willing to work as a Daily Worker (DW) in Batam.
• Must be based in Batam.
