Position: Steward Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the stewarding team, ensuring all kitchen areas, equipment, and serviceware are clean and sanitary.
• Manage the inventory and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of dishwashing machines and other equipment.
• Create staff schedules and assign daily duties.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a stewarding role, with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation standards, and chemical handling.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
