Position: Steward

Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Ensure all items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and food storage areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Properly dispose of waste and manage recycling.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Steward or Kitchen Porter is preferred, but not essential.
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and safety practices.
• A good team player.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
