Position: Trainee Kitchen

Responsibilities:

• Learn the basics of food preparation (mise en place).
• Assist Cooks in various kitchen stations.
• Learn kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP).
• Assist in stock storage and inventory.
• Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie or seniors.

Qualifications:

• Good attitude, willing to learn, motivate, hard worker, active, energetic.
• Open for student from SMK/university or fresh graduated.
• Able to join immediately.
• Passionate about culinary arts.
• Enrolled in a relevant culinary school program.
• Able to commit to the full training period.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
