Position: Waiter Restaurant Fine Dining (Staff)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a fine dining restaurant or 5 star hotel.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
- Deep knowledge of food and beverage, including wine service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Strong upselling skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide discreet and anticipatory service.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional fine dining experience to all guests.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and wine pairings.
- Take and serve orders with precision and elegance.
- Ensure tables are set correctly and maintained throughout the service.
- Handle guest billing and payments accurately.
