Position: FB Admin (DW)
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the F&B department.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage data and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the F&B department.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Help in preparing reports and tracking F&B inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers and other departments as needed.
- Handle basic office management tasks for the F&B office.
