Position: Sales Manager – Wedding (Combo with Yello Harmoni)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused exclusively on the Wedding segment for both Vertu and Yello Harmoni properties.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with wedding organizers, vendors, and clients, ensuring a highly service-oriented approach.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and contract negotiations, utilizing well communication in English.
• Achieve ambitious sales targets specifically within the wedding and social events segment.
• Collaborate closely with the F&B and Banqueting teams to ensure seamless execution of all wedding events.

Qualifications:

• Has 2 years working experience at 4-5 stars international chain hotel, in the position as vacancy above, specializing in Weddings/Social Events.
• Well communication in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for client and international vendor coordination.
• Have a business & excellent service oriented approach, essential for high-end wedding sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Jakarta wedding market, venues, and trends.
• Proven ability to manage sales across two distinct hotel brands/properties.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales documentation.
