Position: Social Event Segment (SE)

Responsibilities:

• Focus exclusively on generating and managing social event business, including weddings, birthdays, and private functions.
• Develop customized packages and proposals to meet the specific needs and budgets of social event clients.
• Liaise with F&B and Banquet teams to ensure flawless execution of all social events.
• Conduct client meetings, site tours, and contract negotiations for social event bookings.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals in the Bogor area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience focusing on the Social Event Segment (SE) or Banqueting Sales, preferably in a hotel.
• Experienced as the same role for min 2 years in sales or events management.
• Highly motivated, a good team player, outgoing personality and result-oriented, with a flair for event coordination.
• Passionate about people and service, especially in creating memorable event experiences.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills for coordinating complex events.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Familiarity with local event vendors and market trends in Bogor.
