Position: Hommate (Front Desk)
General Requirements:
- Relevant experience / educational background
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the same position
- Guests satisfaction oriented and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Good English literate, both oral & written
- Experience in a Front Desk Agent or Guest Service role
- Warm, professional, and welcoming personality
- Familiar with hotel check in/out procedures and PMS
