Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory or assistant manager role
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
- Strong guest service orientation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to train and supervise Front Office staff
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented and organized
