Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and reservation teams to ensure room readiness
  • Promote hotel services and facilities to guests

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree with relevant education background
  • Min. 2 year experience in similar position
  • Good communication skill and have pleasant personality
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Hard working and have positive work attitude
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English and property management systems
