Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and reservation teams to ensure room readiness
- Promote hotel services and facilities to guests
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree with relevant education background
- Min. 2 year experience in similar position
- Good communication skill and have pleasant personality
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Hard working and have positive work attitude
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English and property management systems
