Position: Human Capital Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Human Capital Coordinator, 1-2 years of experience in HR, familiar with HRIS
  • Minimum one year experience in a similar positions in 4 or 5 stars hotel, preferably from lifestyle hotel
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Unique creative and innovative
  • Strong leadership and highly committed
  • Driven, team player but able to work independently if needed
