Position: Human Capital Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Human Capital Coordinator, 1-2 years of experience in HR, familiar with HRIS
- Minimum one year experience in a similar positions in 4 or 5 stars hotel, preferably from lifestyle hotel
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Unique creative and innovative
- Strong leadership and highly committed
- Driven, team player but able to work independently if needed
