Position: Pizza Chef
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high quality, authentic pizzas, including dough preparation, stretching, and topping.
- Operate and maintain a pizza oven (e.g., wood fired or gas).
- Develop new pizza recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Manage the pizza station, including inventory and ingredient preparation.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo), with expertise in dough making.
- Skilled in operating professional pizza ovens.
- Creative and passionate about pizza craft.
- Ability to work quickly and consistently in a high volume environment.
- Experience in a quality restaurant or resort in Bali.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of food safety.
