Position: Stewarding Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the stewarding team, ensuring all kitchens and F&B back-of-house areas are clean and organized.
- Manage the inventory, storage, and issuance of all chinaware, glassware, and cutlery.
- Oversee the operation of dishwashing machines and ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Implement and monitor HACCP and hygiene protocols.
- Control breakage and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a stewarding role, with at least 1 year as a supervisor in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation (HACCP), and chemical handling.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
- Driven and passionate about maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a responsible attitude.
- Experience in a Jakarta luxury hotel is preferred.
