Position: Security

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and hotel assets.
• Patrol hotel premises, including perimeters, lobbies, and back-of-house areas.
• Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) and operate security systems.
• Respond to all security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly.
• Control access to the hotel and manage vehicle traffic.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a security role, preferably in a hotel.
• Valid security certification (Gada Pratama) is highly preferred.
• Alert, observant, and physically fit.
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional, honest, and reliable.
