Position: Security
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and hotel assets.
- Patrol hotel premises, including perimeters, lobbies, and back-of-house areas.
- Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) and operate security systems.
- Respond to all security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly.
- Control access to the hotel and manage vehicle traffic.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a security role, preferably in a hotel.
- Valid security certification (Gada Pratama) is highly preferred.
- Alert, observant, and physically fit.
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional, honest, and reliable.
