Position: Assistant Chief Security
Responsibilities:
- Constantly monitor team members’ appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism.
- Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.
- Oversee security operations, including monitoring CCTV systems, responding to security incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies, accident situation (injury, illness).
- Report all activities involving the Department in daily security report.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar capacity with proven track records in international / national hotel chains in Indonesia.
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
- Certified in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management, Basic Fire Fighting.
- Attention to detail in quality and guest-oriented, flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively, open minded.
